Habitat for Humanity is an international organization that builds homes in partnership with deserving families around the world.  Since 1984, Jimmy Carter and his wife Rosalynn have led a team of volunteers from across the globe to build new homes and strengthen communities in the US and abroad.  

We are pleased to announce the 2009 Jimmy Carter Work Project will be held in multiple countries of Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and China - November 15-20, 2009.  Participation sponsorships include volunteer and lodging benefits, and support both the building of homes during the event and long-term support for the Mekong Region.
